Who this covers

This website, dannersprayfoam.com, is run by Danner Construction (“Danner Spray Foam,” “we” and “us” below). This policy explains what the website collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers this website only.

What the website collects

  • The quote request form: your name, email address, phone number, city and what you tell us about your project.
  • How you found the website: when you send a form, the page you sent it from and how you arrived (for example, a search engine, a social media post or an ad campaign tag) go along with your message, so we know what’s working.
  • Emails, calls and texts: if you contact us directly, we receive what you send, along with your contact details.
  • Visit statistics: which pages are viewed, how quickly they load, the website that sent you here (just its name, not the full address), and whether a phone or email link was tapped. A random visit code, kept by your browser only until you close the tab, groups one visit’s pages together. These statistics don’t include your name or use cookies.
  • Microsoft Clarity: to show where the website is confusing or hard to use, Clarity records how visitors scroll, click and move through pages, without names. It hides what you type into forms, and it uses cookies to recognize a returning browser. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.
  • Google Analytics: counts visits and shows how people find and use the website, using cookies. Google explains how it uses this information here, and you can opt out with Google’s browser add-on.
  • Content from other companies: Google reCAPTCHA and Facebook comments load from those companies’ servers, which receive your device’s internet (IP) address and may set cookies, under their own privacy policies.
  • Technical information: like every website, the host receives your device’s internet (IP) address and browser type when you load a page, to deliver it and protect against attacks.

How we use it

To reply to you and provide what you ask for, to keep the website working, secure and easy to use, to block spam, and to keep reasonable business records.

We don’t sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

Services that help run the website

These providers handle information only to provide their service:

  • Cloudflare: hosts the website and protects it from attacks.
  • Dana Wright Co. (DanaWright.co): builds and manages the website. Form messages are stored in its client dashboard and passed on to us, and its notification and reply emails are sent through Resend. The visit statistics described above are kept there too.
  • Microsoft: Clarity, as described above.
  • Google: Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA.

Cookies

The website itself doesn’t use cookies to identify you. Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics and other services named above may set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website still works without them.

How long it’s kept

Messages and contact details are kept only as long as we need them to reply, to do the work you ask for, and to keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time. Do you have a set schedule for deleting old website messages (for example, after two years)? If so, we’ll state it here.

Visit statistics are kept to compare traffic over time; they don’t identify you. Microsoft and Google keep their data under their own retention settings.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your state’s privacy law. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Keeping it safe

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to messages is limited to the people who need them, including the people who run the website for us. No internet service is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive information such as Social Security, bank or card numbers through the website.

Children

The website isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, please let us know and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
